Helichrysum Italicum belongs to the family of Asteraceae where the leaves have a strong smell and hence often referred as curry plant. This plant grows at a height of 60 meter or above on dry, rocky or sandy ground in Mediterranean. The stems are woody at the base and cluster of yellow flowers are grown in summer that retains their color after picking and thus, used in dried flower arrangements.
